Response Times

The typical response time is less than an hour when our clients contact us via email or phone. All of our managers are also available and will respond to important inquiries after normal business hours and on weekends if required.

Detailed Reporting

Our Inspection Reports are as detailed as possible; we want our clients to feel like they were onsite when they read our reports. All reports come with a detailed comments section highlighting all the activities that were performed during our visit as well as pictures.

Report Turnaround Times

A “Flash Report” via email is typically sent the same day the inspection takes place via email that will highlight any issues that our clients need to be aware of right away. After that our actual report will be sent within 24-48 hours of the inspection visit.

Technical Report Reviews

All inspection reports are reviewed by our qualified Division Managers before we submit to our clients, to ensure accuracy of information and there we no issues or information that the inspectors didn’t report. In speaking with our current clients, we have found this isn’t always a step taken by our competitors.

Adaptable to schedule changes and rush inspections

We can typically provide a qualified inspector with 24 hours’ notice, there are some cases where we have been able to provide our clients with a qualified inspector the same day as the request.
